Senor Benjamin appears on Twitter with WWE RAW Tag Team title (Video)

Professional wrestling’s favorite gardener is back in the limelight and he’s a champion. Kinda. Senor Benjamin is back on Twitter and he’s got gold over his shoulder.

One of the many aspects that made the Broken Hardyz one of the professional wrestling’s best gimmicks was the part that Senor Benjamin played in those wacky segments with Matt, Jeff, Reby and King Maxel.

Since the Hardyz have come back to WWE, Senor Benjamin hasn’t been seen on WWE programming, but thankfully, Twitter comes in the clutch again for the members of the Senor Benjamin Hive (including myself).

In a short video on Twitter from his official Twitter account, Senor Benjamin is back and he’s a RAW Tag Team Champion (h/t Pro Wrestling Sheet).

“You didn’t forget about Senor Benjamin, did you?”

No, no I haven’t, Senor. I, along with many of us in the #BROKEN universe, have missed you very much and want you to come back as soon as possible for the culture.

If this was up to me and I was RAW general manager Kurt Angle, I would allow Matt and Jeff to wrestle under the Freebird Rule and let Senor Benjamin defend the title with the Hardyz. The world needs him back on television.

As for the actual holder of the title, Matt had an explanation on Twitter as to how the gardener gained possession of his title.

(The best thing about Matt’s tweets is that his adjectives always have emphasis put on them. WONDERFUL, DELIGHTFUL, SCINTILLATING, things of that nature.)

As for the Hardyz, they are in line to defend the RAW Tag Team Championship at next month’s Extreme Rules pay-per-view against the team of Sheamus and Cesaro.

One can only hope that Senor Benjamin and his array of gardening tools find themselves at the event with one of the titles over his shoulder.
