The Cavaliers finished off the Celtics in five games to advance to their third straight NBA Finals. So, of course Twitter showed up in full force.
Finally! The NBA playoffs have come to a head. The Cavaliers dispatched the Celtics in five games to advance to the NBA Finals. Now, for the big boy competition. Cleveland and Golden State will again battle for the crown. Fans began clamoring for the third installment of this rivalry immediately upon Kevin Durant’s decision to sign with the Warriors. Both teams promptly quieted doubters as they yawned through each playoff round.
LeBron James, Kyrie Irving, and Kevin Love are collectively playing as well as ever. Meanwhile, the cohesion between Durant and Steph Curry has been seemingly unfair. Whether anyone other than Draymond Green wants to admit it or not, these teams do no like each other. Sadly, we all have to wallow in anxiety until Jun 1. However, the Twitter foolery has already commenced.
