Wonder Woman, the new DC Comics film, is slated to hit theaters this coming Thursday night in the United States. Let’s take a glance at the cast list.

After making her appearance in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice last year, Diana Prince will be getting her own film from DC Comics titled Wonder Woman.

The Amazon princess appeared in the film, but not much was explained about her story or where she came from in the movie that was obviously focused on Krypton’s Last Son and Gotham City’s primary protector.

Prince, played by Fast and Furious 6 star Gal Gadot, will have her origin story told in the film set to hit theaters on Thursday night in the United States. Along with Gadot as the movie’s main star will be Chris Pine playing Steve Trevor, the love interest of Prince and a captain in the United States Air Army Service.

Including Gadot and Pine, here’s a look at the cast list for Wonder Woman (via iMDB):

  • Gal Gadot – Diana Prince/Wonder Woman
  • Chris Pine – Steve Trevor
  • Robin Wright – General Antiope, Diana Prince’s aunt
  • Danny Huston – General Erich Ludendorff
  • David Thewlis – Ares, the son of Zeus
  • Connie Nielsen – Queen Hippolyta, queen of the Amazons and the mother of Diana Prince
  • Elena Anaya – Dr. Maru/Dr. Poison, an associate of General Ludendorff
  • Lucy Davis – Etta Candy, Steve Trevor’s secretary
  • Ewen Bremner – Charlie, an ally of Steve Trevor
  • Emily Carey – the younger version of Diana Prince

Next: When does Wonder Woman hit the theaters?

Gadot signed a three-film deal to play Diana Prince, with her debut being the heavily-criticized Batman v Superman film of two years prior. With the Justice League film that was teased during the Batman-Superman installment set to hit the theaters later this year, this is one of two films that can help DC Comics catch up to the mighty Marvel Studios.
