Various NBA players and coaches went on Jimmy Kimmel Live to read mean tweets and here are some of the highlights from that segment.

One of Jimmy Kimmel’s best segments on his show happens to be when people read mean tweets that are written about them. This time, it was various NBA players who read what fans had to say about them on Twitter.

Here are some of the best ones from the video above, taken from Sports Illustrated:

On DeAndre Jordan:

“I bet DeAndre Jordan is so bad at free throws because his eyes are so close together.”

On Karl Anthony-Towns:

“the dopest thing about karl anthony-towns is that he looks like a gigantic, extraordinarily athletic baby.”

They even got to Clippers’ head coach Doc Rivers:

“Doc Rivers hairline fufu as hell, that’s just his forehead wrinkled up.”

Twitter continues to be relentless in their pursuit of embarrassing athletes or coaches. They make hilarious personal attacks that even make the person being attacked laugh.

Here are some others that I thoroughly enjoyed from this edition of mean tweets:

On ESPN’s Michelle Beadle:

“Michelle Beadle’s hair looks like it hasn’t been washed since the late ’90s.”

On Lakers’ general manager Magic Johnson:

“Magic Johnson becoming GM is another reminder that any stupid person can do anything they set their mind to.”

Johnson’s reaction to the tweet was probably the best one out of everybody.

The tweets even included former New York Knicks’ great, Walt Frazier:

“Tell Walt Frazier to sit his old porkchop sideburns a**”

All professional athletes seem like they get affected by what’s said about them on social media, but with mean tweets it’s funny to see how they react when random people attack them about various things.

Let’s see who Jimmy Kimmel brings on mean tweets next time!
