Rex Ryan doesn’t have a job for this upcoming NFL season. Neither does his brother, Rex. They don’t care. They’re having fun before Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Final.

Former Buffalo Bills head coach Rex Ryan and his brother Rob were spotted out and about on Saturday night, but not for what you’d think they’d be out and about for.

They were wearing Nashville Predators jerseys and taking a sledgehammer to a car before Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Final on Saturday night in Nashville.

No, seriously.

The Ryan Brothers, with Rob maintaining his luscious mane of hair we’ve seen in years past, don’t know how not to have fun and were living it up with Preds fans outside of Bridgestone Arena before puck drop.

When have we ever not seen the Ryans not having a ball making fun of one another or yelling about something football-related? They don’t know how to be truly depressed and are always looking for a good time. Basically, the Ryans are your cool uncle that you hang out with at a family cookout and let you have a drink of alcohol before you’re actually able to consume it.

Also, with the Ryans on their side, Nashville is bound to go 8-for-16 in the faceoff dot during the first period. (New York Jets fans know what I’m getting at with that .500 mark line.)

In all seriousness, the Preds need a win in the worst way on Saturday night. They dropped the first two in Pittsburgh, including an ugly blowout in Game 2. With a loss on Saturday night, the series will sit at 3-0 Penguins and the Pens sitting one win away from back-to-back Stanley Cup titles.

Maybe the Ryans can bring the Preds some luck in their own building on Saturday night. Or at least buy a couple beers for fans in attendance.
