There have been some miraculous shots in the NBA Finals so far, and Kevin Durant added to the long list in the second quarter of Game 2.

Kevin Durant has had a spectacular NBA Finals so far against the Cleveland Cavaliers, and has proved that he’s a worthy addition to the Golden State Warriors for a title run this year.

After a huge Game 1 that saw him put up 38 points with eight rebounds and eight assists, Durant is apparently still on fire as the Warriors look to go up 2-0 on the Cavaliers.

With his team up 50-46 in the second quarter, but on the wrong end of an 8-0 Cavaliers run, Durant decided to take matters into his own hands. Despite some serious contact on a shot, KD got a bit of a lucky roll and managed to pull off an amazing circus shot to give his team their first points in over two minutes.

Durant completed the four point play after the foul from Kevin Love, and continued to completely dominate the Cavaliers on his warpath for his first NBA title. Even distractions from Rihanna in Game 1 couldn’t break Durant’s concentration in the game, and he looks like he won’t be stopping his success anytime soon.

Durant put up eight points, three rebounds and three assists for the Warriors in the first quarter of Game 2, and looked like he was on pace to roll through LeBron James and the Cavaliers again in the Oracle Arena.

The shot may not match up with Kyrie Irving’s crazy four-point play from Game 1, but it’s a miraculous effort regardless. At this rate, we’re good for one crazy contact And-1 for each game, and now we just need LeBron to chuck up a random contact half-courter to make things really interesting.
