Can the Cavaliers do anything in the offseason to close the gap between them and the Warriors?

Charles Barkley has been outspoken the NBA playoffs have been “awful.” Sure, if you are looking for close games you might not find them. But, the level of play is at an all-time high and the shots are going in from all over the place.

At this Carm and Kayla shooting, Golden State is up two games to none. Do not expect LeBron and company to go down without a fight, and even if they do you will have witnessed one the great feats in basketball history. No team has ever finished a perfect 16-0. For the record, Kayla agrees with Barkley.

There is also an ongoing debate from all corners of the sports earth whether any of the old fashioned basketball teams, like the 90’s Chicago Bulls or 80’s Los Angeles Lakers, could compete with the 2017 Warriors. The Lakers won five titles, the Bulls won six. The Lakers had Magic. The Bulls had Michael. They would figure out how to guard the three point line. Yes, they could compete and perhaps beat Golden State.

Barkley is loving the Stanley Cup Finals as are many hockey fans. Nashville could easily be up three games to one, but this one looks like it is headed to seven games. Sydney Crosby and P.K. Subban are good entertainment, listerine and all. By game seven, Justin Bieber could have worn at least 15 different jerseys.

Bryce Harper wants to be a Chicago Cub according to Peter Gammons. Highly unlikely the Cubs have that kind of dough laying around while they still need to pay Kris Bryant, but if I was owner Tom Ricketts I might get creative to add Harper into the mix.
