Tee times, pairings, TV schedule and more for Round 2 of the 2017 US Open

We’re officially 18 holes into the 2017 US Open and, as expected, Erin Hills has already proved formidable. This is a course many players on the PGA Tour are unfamiliar with. Subsequently, the potential for a ton of surprises in golf’s second major were definitely there. And we certainly got a taste of that on Thursday in the first round. But now it’s on to Round 2.

Those who were lucky enough to play in the morning got to attack the course a bit. Chief among those players was Rickie Fowler. Still searching for his first major, he set a blistering pace as he went 7-under par. In doing so, he tied the record for the lowest under-par score in the first round of the US Open in history.

Meanwhile, many other big names faltered. Jordan Spieth, Dustin Johnson, Jon Rahm and Rory McIlroy all finished Round 1 over par. Now they’ll have to scramble to just make the cut heading into the weekend. Can they do it? And more importantly, will the course be as kind to anyone on Friday for Round 2?

This year, you can catch all of the action at the US Open on the FOX family of networks. For the second round, the coverage will start at 11 a.m. ET on Fox Sports 1. That will go until 6 p.m. ET, when FOX proper will take over the coverage until 9 p.m. ET.
