Eric Decker will have a new home for the 2017 NFL season, as the wide receiver signed with the Tennessee Titans on Monday.

The Tennessee Titans will be one of the teams to watch during the 2017 NFL season, and they added another weapon to their offense on Monday. The team signed wide receiver Eric Decker to a one-year deal, giving star quarterback Marcus Mariota another valuable player to throw to this season. Decker spent the last three seasons with the New York Jets, and will team with first round draft pick, Corey Davis to make the Titans much better in the passing game in 2017.

Despite the fact that his Atlanta Falcons had the worst collapse in the history of the Super Bowl last February, quarterback Matt Ryan is not dwelling on it. Ryan feels that it would be “wasted time” to worry about the past, and is looking forward to a return trip to the big game. The Falcons head into the 2017 NFL season as a team to beat in the NFC, and Ryan will be looking to build on his MVP season from a year ago.

Staying with the Super Bowl LI theme, it appears Ryan’s quarterback counterpart in that game would eventually like to play a game in China. Tom Brady, the MVP of Super Bowl LI, recently said during a promotional tour in China that it would be a dream to play there. The Patriots nearly did play in China back in 2007, but their preseason game against the Seattle Seahawks was actually canceled. The NFL has done a nice job bringing the game to other countries, and China just may be next.

One quarterback whose dream of playing in the NFL again may be over is Vince Young, a former No. 3 overall pick. Young tore up his hamstring earlier this month, and on Monday, the Saskatchewan RoughRiders released him. The former University of Texas star signed a two-year deal with the team back in March in hopes of making back to the NFL, but at 34 years old, it is likely that his dream may be coming to an end.

Looking forward to the 2018 NFL Draft, Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield may be a first round pick next April. However, he had some issues off the field this offseason, as he was arrested for public intoxication, among other things back in February. He reached a plea deal in the case on Monday, and though terms of the deal were not disclosed, he will have to pay a $450 fine.
