The first round of the 2017 NHL Draft will begin Friday, June 23 at 7:00 p.m. ET. Here’s all the information you need to watch the first round online.

The NHL Draft is an exciting time of the offseason. It marks the unofficial start to the NHL’s offseason, as it is held just before the end of June, with free agency starting in July. Teams get to improve their roster, whether it’s by drafting promising prospects or by trading picks for players. The 2017 NHL Draft will be held on Friday June 23 and Saturday June 24 at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois.

On Friday evening, beginning at 7:00 p.m. ET, the first round will start. The first round will be that night, with the final six rounds being held on Saturday. It’s a tradition for hockey fans to boo NHL commissioner Gary Bettman, whether it’s live at the draft or from your couch. Hopefully, some Nashville Predators will make the trip north so they can chant “all your fault” at him.

Barring any trades, here is the first round draft order, as of Friday morning. With the Vegas Golden Knights joining the NHL, there are now 31 picks instead of 30.
