With rumors swirling about LaVar Ball bringing his Big Baller Brand to a WWE ring for Monday Night Raw, we got the first sighting hours before the show.

LaVar Ball is literally a personality made for WWE television, and rumors have been running as wild as Hulkamania about him appearing on Monday Night Raw on Monday night, which happens to be in his son’s new home, the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

No one knows why he’d show up on television, or what he’d be doing, but at least now we have our first official “LaVar sighting” a couple hours before the show goes live.

In a tweet from WWE superstar Titus O’Neil, we got our first look at LaVar, rocking his Big Baller Brand gear, backstage at the Staples Center. Ironically, he’s actually bigger than O’Neil, so maybe he has the look Vince McMahon would want out of a WWE champion.

The move makes sense given the current timing in the NBA offseason, as LaVar’s son Lonzo just got drafted to the Los Angeles Lakers on Thursday night. According to a report from Ryan Satin, Lonzo could also make an appearance on the show tonight, and the media circus could be in full force to get RAW some better ratings.

According to a tweet from ESPN’s Arash Markazi, Ball will be on the show with O’Neil in some capacity, but who knows if he’ll be out in the ring or backstage, or even getting physical in the ring.

Maybe LaVar’s looking to recruit some backup for the Big Baller Brand in case Roman Reigns comes down and tries to attack him to get on the crowd’s good graces for once. Or maybe, just maybe, we’re all going nuts from the idea of LaVar Ball in a WWE ring, and actually think this isn’t going to be a train wreck.
