4. Serge Ibaka

After spending his first seven seasons with the Oklahoma City Thunder, Serge Ibaka spent last season playing for the Orlando Magic and the Toronto Raptors. Known as more of a shot-blocking specialist early in his career, Ibaka has emerged as true stretch four with his steadily improving shot from the outside.

Although his rebounding and block numbers have been slowing down the last few seasons, he has still managed to haul in around seven boards, and swat a little over one a game as well. The Heat would greatly benefit from Ibaka’s skillset, and he would certainly help free up the paint for Goran Dragic to attack the basket, and Hassan Whiteside to work in the post.

Ibaka could also regain his defensive prowess, under a Miami coaching staff that has helped lead their team to being ranked in the top five for defensive rating this past season. Ibaka is still only 27-years-old too, so he still has many productive years ahead of him in an NBA uniform.
