Was John McEnroe complimenting or insulting Serena Williams?

Carm and Kayla are back this week after a week without Carm, we missed him so… and oh yeah, Russell Westbrook is MVP!

Russell Westbrook is officially the NBA league MVP and all is right in the world. Westbrook gave a touching almost eight minute acceptance speech and got shout outs from Taylor Swift, Michael Jordan and even Kevin Durant.

John McEnroe found himself in hot water this week after saying that he thinks Serena Williams would be ranked 700^th in the men’s circuit. Carm actually thinks this was a compliment to Serena.

ESPN the Magazine’s Body Issue will hit news stand on July 7^th and we’ve already gotten a sneak peek from a few of this years featured athletes. Caroline Wozniacki and Ezekiel Elliott are two who are baring all and by all we mean ALL. Also in this year’s annual issue are Isaiah Thomas, Julian Edelman and Javier Baez to name a few.

We also review 47 Meters Down, the underwater thriller is sure to make you jump and was a groundbreaking project in underwater film-making. Though the movie was terrifying, I still want to cage dive with sharks and Carm is not as bold.

In our weekly winners and losers first up was Nathaniel Conant who drove his car into Mizzou arena causing over 100k worth of damage. As a Missouri graduate, this is not a proud moment.

Some of our winners included FOX Sports and Dancing With The Stars host Erin Andrews and Olympic Figure Skating gold medalist Tara Lipinkski who both got married over the weekend.

Also in our winners category is Jake the Diamond Dog who brings umpires at a minor league team in Fort Wayne, IN water bottles in a basket. Carm is going to serve as an umpire in a local baseball game and hopes there’s a Jake the Diamond Dog to do the same.

Last but not least is our guy Bill Russell who stole the show this week at the NBA awards calling out NBA greats and telling them all he would “kick their ass.” The 83 year old is still as fiery as can be which we saw on full display Monday night.
