2. Kyle Lowry
Since the 2013-14 season, few point guards can say they have played better than Kyle Lowry. In that span he has averaged 19.8 points, 6.9 assists, 1.7 steals, and 2.6 3s per game. Impressive numbers to say the least, and he has made three All-Star appearances as a result of that stretch.
Lowry is hitting the free agent market at the perfect time, and he will certainly be rewarded handsomely for talents. He will be commanding a max deal, and the Raptors are definitely willing to give that to him. There have been mixed reports recently whether Lowry wants to stay in Toronto or not, so it will be a storyline worth keeping up with.
Although he is now 31 years-old, Lowry has proven that he still has a lot of basketball left in him. He has been a work horse for the Raptors, and will presumably continue to log in heavy minutes wherever he ends up this upcoming season.
