When will Spider-Man: Homecoming officially arrive in theaters across the country?
Spider-Man will finally make his solo film debut in the Marvel Universe this week when Spider-Man: Homecoming officially hits theaters. The webbed one made his screen debut in Captain America: Civil War aiding Tony Stark and now he’ll have a film dedicated to expanding his character and intro into everything.
The film officially hits theaters this week on Friday, July 7. There will also be 7 p.m. showings on Thursday night as well. With the anticipated addition of the character to the universe, this has been a much anticipated movie for quite some time now.
Stark will once again play a role in this film as a mentor of sorts to a young superhero that wants to take the next step in helping the Avengers. This is the second reboot for the franchise and hopefully the one that gets things off on the right foot finally.
If the other film series have been any indication, Spider-Man: Homecoming should be the perfect jumping off point for the franchise to really get going this time. Vulture played by Michael Keaton will take the villain lead in this one. Adding some serious star power on the villain side of things should help really give Spider-Man a good foil to build his story.
The film can be seen also in IMAX 3D. With a variety of options to see this film and plenty of anticipation, it should be yet another big weekend for Marvel and their properties. It all goes down on Friday, with Thursday night showings leading in.
