Wondering what the runtime is for Marvel’s Spider-Man: Homecoming? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.

After what seems like an eternity, Spider-Man: Homecoming is finally here! Whether you see it on opening night or a few weeks down the road, the highly anticipated film looks more than ready to amaze and take its place firmly in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Tom Holland is an excellent choice for Spidey, as he showed in Captain America: Civil War. I don’t know about you, but I cannot wait to see what he has to offer in his portrayal of Peter Parker. While I’m not sure how big her part will be yet, I’m also pretty excited to see Zendaya take her place in the MCU as well.

My only word of advice before seeing this movie is that spoilers are everywhere. Be careful!

Even without spoilers, however, we can figure out a bit of what the plot might be about. Spider-Man has always been a funny teenager fighting crime, and I’m personally glad that we are getting back to his roots, even if Aunt May is getting progressively younger each time the franchise is rebooted!

The runtime for Spider-Man: Homecoming is two hours and 13 minutes or 133 minutes total. While this seems a bit long for a Marvel movie — Doctor Strange, Iron Man and Thor were shorter — it still isn’t as long as movies like Captain America: Civil War and The Avengers.

Perhaps the oddest thing about it to me is that Spider-Man: Homecoming is three minutes longer than Iron Man 3, which honestly felt like it was about four hours too long. I’m one of the rare fans of Iron Man 3, but, hopefully, Spider-Man: Homecoming succeeds in making those extra minutes feel shorter than they actually are.
