Evil Plot:
By stealing nuclear submarines and then using them to launch a simultaneous nuclear attack, Stromberg plans to destroy the human race in order to build his own underwater society.

Notable Moments:
- While being pursued on skis by a group of Soviet agents, Bond skiis off a cliff and parachutes to safety.
- Stromberg kills his mistress, who had betrayed him, by dropping her into a shark pool.
- During a show at the Great Pyraminds, Stromberg’s henchman, Jaws, kills Aziz Fekkish by biting into his neck with metallic teeth.
- After retrieving the microfilm, Bond and Amasova try to escape in a utility van but have difficulty as Jaws proceeds to tear various pieces off their vehicle.
- On a train to Sardinia, Jaws attacks Amasova. Bond comes to her rescue by electrocuting Jaws and then kicking him out her room window.
- While being chased by Naomi in a helicopter, Bond and Amasova drive off a pier and into the sea, in a Lotus Esprit that turns into a submarine. Bond shoots down the helicopter with a missile that launches from the the car.
- Bond leads an assault on Stromberg’s ship, Liparus, helping the crews of both submarines to escape. In the process, he uses the detonator from one of the sub’s nuclear weapon to blast through a steel wall.
- After Bond arrives at Stromberg’s lair, Atlantis, he encounters Jaws and attempts to kill him by using a magnetic crane (that picks him up by his metallic teeth) to drop him into the shark tank.
- Bond saves Amasova at Atlantis, just as it is being destroyed by torpedo. They escape via life pod, where the celebrate by opening a bottle of champagne.
