When will Spider-Man appear again in the MCU?

When will Tom Holland’s Spider-Man appear again in the Marvel Cinematic Universe after Spider-Man Homecoming? We have all the details you need right here.

Easily one of the summer’s most anticipated movies, Spider-Man: Homecoming will hit theaters in the United States on July 7, 2017.

The blockbuster represents the latest entry in the MCU and sees Tom Holland return as Peter Parker.

Holland debuted as the character last year, appearing as Parker in Captain America: Civil War in support of Tony Stark’s group of superheroes.

The actor isn’t the only MCU veteran to return in Spider-Man: Homecoming, Robert Downey Jr.’s Iron Man, Jon Favreau’s Happy Hogan, Gwyneth Paltrow’s Pepper Potts and Marisa Tomei’s May Parker will also return after appearing in previous Marvel films.

Iron Man has obviously been a staple of the MCU, while Happy Hogan and Pepper Potts were last seen in 2013’s Iron Man 3. Like Holland’s Spider-Man, Marisa Tomei’s May Parker previously showed up in Captain America: Civil War.

The new Spider-Man film certainly feature a number of familiar faces, but when will Peter Parker himself next appear in the Marvel Cinematic Universe?

That would be in the movie Avengers: Infinity War.

While Captain America: Civil War incorporated plenty of returning characters, Infinity War should incorporate even more superheroes as the villainous Thanos finally enters the picture.

The film will bring together the likes of Iron Man, Captain America, Doctor Strange, Thor, Black Widow, the Guardians of the Galaxy, Black Panther, Ant-Man, Captain Marvel and The Hulk in one sure-to-be epic movie.

Avengers: Infinity War will be released in theaters on May 4, 2018. It will be helmed by Joe and Anthony Russo, who previously directed Civil War and Captain America: Winter Soldier.

While audiences wait for that, they can go see Spider-Man: Homecoming, which will debut in movie theaters around the country on July 7, 2017.
