As movie audiences buzz about Baby Driver, which NASCAR star would make the best getaway driver? Here are 25 candidates who’d make a great wheelman.

While audiences rave about the new hit film Baby Driver, NASCAR fans know that there are plenty of capable getaway drivers in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series who’d provide some tough competition for Ansel Elgort’s Baby.

From champions to challengers, experienced drivers to the new kids on the block, the Cup Series garage routinely fields more than 30 people whose only job is to drive really fast. While some of them would be more suited to picking up some extracurricular duties than others, many of the NASCAR regulars we see every Sunday on the racetrack have strengths that would make them intriguing choices if you ever decided to put together a robbery crew of your own.

They may not have Elgort’s fresh-faced appeal, Jamie Foxx’s menace or the street cred of Kevin Spacey, but they’re professional drivers who would know their way around a getaway car and more than likely be able to get you out of the inevitable car chase with law enforcement.

And since they’re used to racing for oversized checks every week they wouldn’t be unfamiliar with taking home a large sum of money. So why wouldn‘t you hire them for a caper?

In (almost) alphabetical order, we’ve selected 25 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series drivers who we think would make a qualified getaway driver for your one last heist, while also discussing the pros and cons of making them your next wheelman.

Click through our slideshow to see the candidates, and then let us know in the comments who you would want behind the wheel.
