The Saskatchewan Roughriders host the Hamilton Tiger-Cats at Mosiac Stadium on Saturday, July 8. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

The Saskatchewan Roughriders have lost their first two games to start the season by a combined four points. If not for two missed field goals, Saskatchewan might be undefeated. Hamilton is coming off of a much-needed bye week after losing their opening game 32-15. On Saturday night, both teams will try to get their first win of the season.

The Roughriders opened Mosiac Stadium with a 43-40 overtime loss to Winnipeg after kicker Tyler Crapigna missed a game-tying field goal. Saskatchewan’s defense was not good against Winnipeg, giving up 430 yards and multiple big plays after the Riders blew coverages in the secondary. If the Riders do not correct their defensive mistakes, they could get picked apart again by Hamilton quarterback Zach Collaros.

Offensively, Hamilton will look to do a better job protecting Collaros after allowing five sacks in the season opener. If the Ticats can keep Collaros upright, Hamilton has the potential to put up a lot of points. Defensively, the Ticats will run more zone defense after they were picked apart in man coverage against Toronto.
