July 11, or 7-11, is also a great day for people to cool off at the local 7-Eleven during the summer.
On this date at the appropriately named convenience store, customers can enjoy the spoils of a free Slurpee. Everyone that comes in during the hours of 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. will be able to get a free small Slurpee of any flavor of their choosing.
That means there is an eight-hour window to go in and get that free Slurpee before time runs out. The more creative ones that want more might take it upon themselves to try to go to more than one location and get even more.
