Costa Rica face Canada at Red Bull Arena on Tuesday, July 11. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

Canada and Costa Rica both opened the Gold Cup with wins, to sit atop Group A. Canada defeated French Guiana 4-2, while Costa Rica defeated Honduras 1-0. The winner of Tuesday’s game will advance to the knockout stage of the tournament.

Canada opened the scoring in the 28th minute when Dejan Jakovic found the back of the net. Just before halftime, Scott Arfield scored to give the Reds a 2-0 lead. In the second half, Canada sealed the victory when Alphonso Davies scored his first international goal. Davies is the youngest player in the tournament and the first player born in the 2000s to score at a major tournament. After French Guiana scored two goals in three minutes, Davies scored his second goal. The extra goal could help Canada if a tie breaker is required.

Costa Rica defeated Honduras 1-0 after Marco Urena scored in the 39th minute. However, Costa Rica struggled with discipline in the opening game. Four Costa Rican players picked up yellow cards. In the second group stage game, Costa Rica will lean on captain Bryan Ruiz and Arsenal winger Joel Campbell. The two players played together last season while Campbell was loaned to Portuguese club Sporting.
