We finally got some change in the 2017 Tour de France on Thursday, and things are officially starting to heat up with just over a week left in the competition.

After two repeat stages in 10 and 11 that saw the same winner and same Yellow Jersey wearer, with Marcel Kittel and Chris Froome each taking the respective honors in two straight mornings, Thursday switched things up a bit.

We saw France’s Romain Bardet win stage 12 Thursday morning, and then saw Froome collapse to lose his Yellow Jersey after seven straight days holding it. Italy’s Fabio Aru took over as the leader in this year’s Tour de France, adding some intrigue to the event after a lackluster stretch over the last few days since the break.

Now, Friday’s race becomes more interesting with some fresh faces to follow. Stage 13’s route takes riders from Saint-Girons to Foix, and fans will be able to tune in live no matter where they’re watching to see what happens next.
