We’ve now reached the point of the 2017 PGA Tour where things are about to get interesting overseas. That’s right, the 2017 British Open will be on display at the Royal Birkdale Golf Course in Southport, England this week. This will be the 146th playing of The Open Championship to date, so get excited.
So far this PGA season, we’ve seen Sergio Garcia win The Masters and Brooks Koepka win the U.S. Open. Last year’s Open Champion Henrik Stenson should be in the mix as well this year. He did shoot 20 under at Royal Troon in 2016 to beat Phil Mickelson by three strokes.
Naturally, all four of those golfers have good to fair odds to win The Open Championship in 2017. Which players have excellent odds to win the Claret Jug on Sunday?

According to OddsShark.com, Dustin Johnson and Jordan Spieth have the best odds to win the British Open at +1,400. However, neither golfer has shined in the two previous majors this season. Rahm could seriously put it all together and win the whole thing.
