26. Channing Tatum – Alabama Crimson Tide

For Channing Tatum, it has always been about the Alabama Crimson Tide. Born in Cullman, Alabama, Tatum would go on to play collegiate football, though he is really only known as one of the leading men in Hollywood now. The 37-year-old is a lot of things, but a true fan of the Crimson Tide is what his close friends know him best for.

After earning a football scholarship to play for Glenville State, Tatum eventually made his way on the big screen. After a breakout role in Step Up, Tatum would go on to have starring roles in the Magic Mike and 21 Jump Street series. However, it was in an interview with GQ Magazine that he let the world know where his allegiance was when it came to college football.

When asked who he liked in the Iron Bowl, Tatum emphatically told the magazine, “Roll Tide!” The Iron Bowl matchup is the annual game between the Auburn Tigers and Alabama Crimson Tide, and being from Alabama, he was bound to be asked that question at some point. Not only did he tell GQ how he felt about the Crimson Tide, but he also let out a few “Roll Tides” during his time on the Ellen Show.

The Crimson Tide are the best program in college football right now, and Tatum has to be loving every minute of it. He has had a nice run with his career over the past 11 years, and his beloved Crimson Tide have enjoyed quite a run themselves.
