After an eventful Round 1 on Thursday, Round 2 of the 2017 British Open will begin on Friday July 21. Here’s how you can watch the second round via live stream.

Friday July 21 will feature the second round of the 2017 British Open. The Open Championship is one of the last majors of the PGA season before the 2017 FedEx Cup Playoffs starts. Only The Masters is later in the season and is a major tournament.

After a thrilling Day 1 which featured Jordan Spieth reminding everyone why he’s one of the best golfers in the world, round two should be even more exciting. Ranked fourth in the Fed Ex Cup rankings and third in the world going into the Open, Spieth finished five strokes under par. He tied with Brooks Koepka and Matt Kuchar for the tournament lead after the first 18 holes.

Coverage will start at 1:30 a.m. ET, which sounds ridiculous. However, keep in mind time zones are weird and the event is in England. So if you want to watch Rory McIlroy play, you’ll have to wake up at 4:45 a.m. ET to do so. Luckily, the main attraction is Spieth and his group will not start until a much more convenient 9:48 a.m. ET.

Phil Mickelson is a fan favorite, but his group starts just after McIlroy’s at 5:09 a.m. ET. For a full list of the tee times and pairings, they are listed on The Open’s official website.

Spieth hasn’t done well at the British Open in the past. However, his demons, for the time being, appear to be behind him after an excellent first round. Spieth still has a lead to hang onto, so it’s far from over. It should be an exciting finish in England, to say the least.
