Descendants 2: Watch the movie’s TV premiere online

The hit Disney Channel movie Descendants airs its sequel, Descendants 2, tonight, and we’ve got all the details you need to watch online with your family.

If you ever wondered what the world would like if that nefarious lady Cruella de Vil, a woman who had the mind to skin puppies, ever had a child, look no further than Descendants. This Disney Channel original movie (or DCOM as many of us so lovingly used to call them) follows the lives of all of your favorite villains’ kids.

Remember how in Little Mermaid 2, we met Ariel’s daughter Melody and Ursula’s sister Morgana? It’s just like that, but instead, we have Ursula’s daughter Uma, played by China Anne McClain. It’s always pretty cool when there’s a Disney crossover that puts all the villains in one place, like Mickey’s House of Villains or Kingdom Hearts. But it’s even cooler when all their children come together.

Especially when there’s music involved.

While it may be a Disney Channel movie, the costumes and set for this video probably don’t come cheap. Plus, Disney’s launched a ton of careers for stars that are now much bigger today, so watching a DCOM is like scouting for talent.

"When the pressure to be royally perfect becomes too much for Mal, she returns to her rotten roots on the Isle of the Lost where her archenemy Uma, the daughter of Ursula, has taken her spot as self-proclaimed queen of the run-down town. Uma, still resentful over not being selected by Ben to go to Auradon Prep with the other Villain Kids, stirs her pirate gang—including Captain Hook’s son Harry and Gaston’s son Gil—to break the barrier between the Isle of the Lost and Auradon, and unleash all the villains imprisoned on the Isle, once and for all."
