When is the 2018 British Open?

The 2017 British Open is coming to a close here on this Sunday, so people may already be wondering when next year’s major event will take place.

The British Open is one of the most looked-forward-to golf events of the entire year, and the event here in 2017 has not disappointed thus far. At time of publishing, we’re at the final round at Royal Birkdale, with Jordan Spieth looking to hold onto his lead and come away with The Open Championship for 2017.

It will be held at Carnoustie Golf Links in the UK, a venue that is no stranger to the British Open. It has held seven British Open events, and will now be getting set to hold its eighth when summer of 2018 rolls around.
