LeBron James hasn’t been seen on the court since the Cavaliers lost in the NBA Finals in June, but not many could’ve predicted this is where they’d see him next.

LeBron James is widely known as an intense basketball player, but who would’ve thought that the same intensity he brings to the court for the Cavaliers would transfer to the court for his son’s basketball games?

LeBron was present for his son’s game on Thursday, but maybe a little too present. During a break in the action on a dead ball, LeBron went full dad-mode, walking onto the court and heading right to the scorer’s table.

It looks like it was a brief visit, and LeBron was just trying to get the score right for the game to keep things fair and to make sure his son’s team wasn’t getting the wrong side of the deal. However, it’s still funny to see a heated LeBron storming the court at a 12-year old’s basketball game.

Things must’ve gone LeBron’s way quickly, as he walked right back to the sideline and decided to get a quick workout in by lifting up a small child (probably/hopefully one of his other kids) with ease.

LeBron’s kid’s games are certainly getting a lot of attention, as LeBron James Jr. is already getting some interest from college programs as a 12-year-old, like Kentucky and Duke. Unfortunately for LBJ Jr., his All-Star dad can’t give him any collegiate advice, as kids aren’t allowed to just hop right into the NBA from high school anymore.

At least LeBron had a legitimate reason for walking onto the court and heading to the scorer’s table, whereas new Los Angeles Lakers star Lonzo Ball’s dad is notoriously not as correct with his visits on the court in his son’s games.
