The Miami Dolphins are turning to Jay Cutler to save their season while Colin Kaepernick awaits a chance
We thought Jay Cutler was gone to the Fox TV booth, but Adam Gase and the Miami Dolphins persuaded Cutler to change his mind. Cutler had 10 million reasons plus incentives to give it one more spin under center. If Cutler can somehow help the Dolphins make the playoffs again, then he will have been worth the money. Don’t bet on it.
Colin Kaepernick is still looking for work. Baltimore “considered” signing Kaep. The Dolphins didn’t even consider him, but did reportedly mull both Tim Tebow and Kyle Orton. Those Kaepernick Fidel Castro comments probably knocked him out of Miami consideration.
The New England Patriots will be flying in style having purchased two new planes. Tom Brady will travel comfortably for the remaining 15 years of his career. A very nice gesture by Robert Kraft.
David Letterman is back and coming to your Netflix. Artists always want a platform to do their art, so it makes sense Letterman is back in the game. Huge get for Netflix. He should still be watched at 10:35 CT.
We have an engagement! “The Bachelorette” came to a somewhat surprising conclusion with Rachel Lindsay getting a ring from Bryan Abasolo. Lindsay wanted that ring and Abasolo was willing to give it to her. There is nothing quite like reality TV love.
There is real love gone awry. Chris Pratt and Anna Farris announced their separation, which was hard for many to hear who felt connected to the couple.
We started a new segment this week instead of winners and losers- pick of the week. Both selections are heartfelt.
You can follow the show on twitter @CarmAndKayla or individually @thecarm or @kaylaknierim. A new episode debuts every Wednesday afternoon at 2 CT.
