For much of the offseason, there’s debate about how college football is going to shake out in the forthcoming year. Much of that debate is centralized around where teams will be ranked coming into the season. What’s more, it’s always a fun bit of rankings to look back on even midway through the season to see how drastically things have changed.
Whatever, the case, we know that the heavy hitters in college football will be getting love in the forthcoming poll. The Alabama Crimson Tide aren’t going anywhere soon. Meanwhile, the likes of the Florida State Seminoles, defending champion Clemson Tigers and teams like the USC Trojans should all be in the mix as well.
As the offseason wears on, however, the anticipation only grows. People have to know where their team is ranked and how this is all going to shape up coming into a new season. As such, there is a simple question being asked: When will the 2017 College Football Preseason AP Poll be released.
Luckily, there is a definitive answer to that. As per multiple reports, the new poll will come out on Monday, Aug. 21 at Noon ET. So right before the big eclipse happens in the afternoon, college football fans will get to bicker a bit about the rankings.
