What channel is the ACC Network on DirecTV, Comcast, Time Warner?
ESPN’s creation of the ACC Network is a big step forward, but what channel is it on for DirecTV, Comcast, Time Warner and all major providers?
College football season is upon us. That means that Saturdays for fans are about to become occupied for at least the next three months and hopefully longer. For significant others and family, that might be a bummer. But for fans, it’s a long-awaited arrival of the sport they know and love.
One of the conferences that figure to be in the forefront of the national picture is the ACC. Just last year, the conference reached the pinnacle of the college football world. The Clemson Tigers won the National Championship on the back of Trevor Lawrence.
Even better is that the fortunes for the ACC don’t look as if they’re going to change any time soon. Lawrence returns for his sophomore season under Dabo Swinney and the Tigers figure to be the leading title contenders once again. On top of that, there are other highly intriguing teams like Florida State, Miami, Syracuse, Virginia and many more.
However, one thing fans may have noticed last year was these games being broadcast on ACC Network. As an ESPN-sponsored entity, ACC Network hosted a number of big-time programs and some big, important games. However, many people also had a lot of trouble locating the channel. So we’re here to help out and offer clarity on what channel ACC Network is as it launches on Aug. 22, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. ET
What channel is the ACC Network?
On DirecTV, ACC Network will be channel 612. If you don’t have DirecTV, you’re still okay. Charter/Spectrum subscribers can watch exclusively online. Meanwhile, ACC Network will also be available on YouTube TV, Hulu TV, DirecTV Now and PlayStation Vue.
The good news, however, is that you can watch all ACC Network games online through WatchESPN. That’s one of the massive benefits of working through ESPN is the streaming capabilities that are offered. So if nothing else, you have that to watch your favorite ACC team this season.
