A-list celebrities coming out for Floyd Mayweather-Conor McGregor fight

As expected, a bevy of A-list celebrities are coming to Las Vegas to witness Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor go to war.

If you ever want to see a ton of A-list celebrities together in the same place and at the same time, look no further than a boxing match. But, this isn’t your average boxing match.

We’re talking about Floyd Mayweather versus Conor McGregor in what is already being hailed a historic event for boxing.

Similar to the last time a boxing match this big went down, celebrities came out in droves to witness history being made in real-time. With all of the hype and build up surrounding this fight, it comes as no surprise that more of them are doing the same for Mayweather versus McGregor.

First reported by TMZ Sports, Lebron James and Drake, who are superstars in their own field, will be sitting ringside to watch the fight. James and Drake both happen to be fans of McGregor, who they will likely favor in his upcoming bout.

Alongside those names, a partial list of other celebrities attending the match have been released, with names like Angelina Jolie, Denzel Washington, Charlize Theron and Mark Wahlberg among the most notable.

Some of these celebrities have already witnessed a Mayweather fight and know what to expect from his end during this super fight. However, the unknown factor of what McGregor could bring to the ring is as equally exciting as some of Mayweather’s former fights.

Aside from this partial list, expect more celebrities to come out and watch this fight.

In regards to who celebrities are choosing to win on Aug. 26, there is a 50/50 split. Some want to see Mayweather continue his reign as one of the greatest in boxing. Others want to see a new era ignited by a possible McGregor upset.

Either way, these celebrities are in for a real treat when Mayweather and McGregor finally settle their beef inside the boxing ring on Aug. 26 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nev.
