NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn III will take place on Saturday, Aug. 19 in the Barclays Center and here’s all of the info you need about the WWE show.

WWE is about to take over Brooklyn, NY on this weekend for SummerSlam. But before the biggest party of the summer, it’s going to be NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn III that takes center stage at the Barclays Center. And if the past is any indication, it could be a show-stealer.

The main event for the show is going to be fantastic. The Glorious One, Bobby Roode, has been dominant in NXT for many months now. However, the arrival of Drew McIntyre upon his return to WWE has put Roode on notice. The former chosen one of the company now has his targets on the gold. On Saturday night, he’ll be coming at him with all that he has.

Of course, that’s not all that’s on the card in Brooklyn for the NXT crew. Asuka will put the NXT Women’s title on the line against Ember Moon in what many expect to be the champ’s final match in developmental. The Authors of Pain will also put their belts on the line, facing Sanity. With Aleister Black, Johnny Gargano, Hideo Itami and more in action, this should be a fantastic card.

It’s going to be a big show in Brooklyn, and here’s the full match card for the NXT TakeOver show on Saturday:

  • NXT Championship Match: Bobby Roode (c) vs. Drew McIntyre
  • NXT Women’s Championship Match: Asuka (c) vs. Ember Moon
  • NXT Tag Team Championship Match: The Authors of Pain (c) vs. Sanity (Wolfe and Dain)
  • Aleister Black vs. Hideo Itami
  • Johnny Gargano vs. Andrade Almas

As for how you can watch the show, it’ll begin at 8:00 p.m. ET and will be broadcast on the WWE Network. You can sign up for a paid subscription for only $9.99 per month.

The NXT TakeOver shows on big weekends in WWE often steal the show. Indeed, that could be the case in Brooklyn this week. And don’t be surprised if there are some big arrivals as well.
