25. Washington Wizards

John Wall, Bradley Beal and Otto Porter Jr., will all be Wizards for the long-term future. Once the Eastern Conference is no longer ruled by LeBron James, Washington and Boston are probably in the best positions to take over.

Boston has young assets who may need some time to develop, but the Wizards are locked and ready to go. While the Wizards haven’t won anything meaningful in a while, they’ve always been in the mix since assembling of their core three.

With such a young nucleus, the Wizards have a bright future ahead of them. The fans in Washington have never had much to complain about and they won’t be suffering any time soon with the way that their team is playing.

Their only complaint is that they’re losing in the Eastern Conference Finals or NBA Finals, but that’s not much suffering in my book.
