Kevin White
WR

Kevin White had a great collegiate career at West Virginia, establishing himself as one of the best receivers in the Nation at the time. It propelled the Chicago Bears to draft him in the first round, but he hasn’t quite panned out yet. He has battled a serious of injuries to start his pro career, and he actually missed his entire rookie season, and was only able to appear in four games last season.

Still, White is young and his career is just beginning so he still has plenty of time to right the ship. White certainly has the size to excel in the NFL, and finally seems to be coming around health wise leading up to this season. The departure of the Bears former star wide receiver, Alshon Jeffery, also opens up a great opportunity for more targets to come his way.

Chicago also boasts one of the youngest rosters in the league, and will almost certainly not be ready to compete for a playoff spot in the near future. This bodes well for their younger players, such as White, as the team will almost certainly want to see what they have in those particular players.

White has been scaring people off as they are worried he is not fully recovered from his injury, and the Bears quarterback situation is less than desirable at the moment, but opportunity is knocking for the West Virginia product. He still has sleeper appeal at this early stage in his career, and could finally show why he was worth a first round pick back in 2015.
