Les Miles was lighting things up on Twitter during the Tennessee-Georgia Tech game on Monday night, and you’re going to want to see some of his tweets.
Les Miles is away from the college football sidelines this year, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t leaving his mark on the NCAA scene in the first weekend of the season.
The former LSU coach earned himself a job as a FOX analyst for the college football season, and it looks like he wanted to test out the whole analysis gig on Twitter during the game between Tennessee and Georgia Tech to see if his input was worth anything to fans following him.
Miles was evidently upset about Tennessee going down to the Yellow Jackets, and decided to go ahead and give his own advice for what the Volunteers should be doing on the field. What then came after was some of the best tweets you’ll see in the history of college football Twitter, with some of the worst grammar you’ve seen since Bob Ryan’s butt-tweets on his account.
If you don’t believe me, you should check out Miles’ account and see the millions of tweets that the former-coach-turned-ESPN-analyst put out to followers throughout the night.

Miles might as well have been the Volunteers head coach throughout the night with how much he willed them to a comeback throughout the night, with his plethora of high-energy blitz calls and motivational speaking skills on his feed.

Now, we just need that same energy to transfer over to the world of ESPN television, and we’ll have some serious gold to work with on Saturday’s and throughout the weekend. Or, even better, let’s get him and Rex Ryan working together on a show to get some golden ratings for the network this year.
