FIFA 18: Top 100 ratings reveal continues with players 80-61

As the release of FIFA 18 hurls ever closer, EA Sports is keeping fans wrought with anticipation by continuing to reveal its top 100 highest-rated players.

EA Sports initiated a torrent of conversation for gamers and football fans alike earlier this week when it started revealing its top 100 players for FIFA 18. The debate will continue as more player ratings have been revealed.

Players in disparate leagues around the world are up for consideration in the game, and the first 20 players represented a good diversity of the best talent in several leagues.

For fans and gamers unfamiliar with player ratings, the overall rating is what these rankings are compiled by. The overall ratings are a combination of individual skill ratings which include Defending, Dribbling, Pace, Passing, Physical and Shooting for forwards, midfields and defenders, while keepers are rated for Diving, Handling, Kicking, Position, Reflexes and Speed.

Players No. 81 – No. 100

Following are players No. 61 – No. 80 in the overall ratings, followed by the club the footballer takes the pitch for in the game and their overall rating.

Alba ties Liverpool’s Sadio Mané for the highest Pace rating among revealed players with a 93 rating in that individual skill. Bernardo Silva’s 89 Dribbling rating is matched by Insigne and Ribéry. Reus now has the highest Shooting rating at 87. Miranda’s 88 Defending rating matches Andrea Barzgali for the high among players revealed so far. Pjanic’s 86 Passing rating has him atop the list in that skill. Costa will prove a tough opponent in the game with an 88 Physical.

Navas and Cech bring the total of revealed keepers to six, and surpass the previous four in several individual skill ratings. Navas now leads the pack with an 87 in Diving and a 54 in Speed. Cech is now the top-rated keeper in Handles (87). Marc-André Ter Stegen is still the best among revealed keepers in Kick at 87. Danijel Subasi­c and Stéphane Ruffier hold on to the top spot in reflexes with 87 ratings.

Players 60-41 could be released by EA at any time, so fans and gamers should keep watching the web for that information. Considering the amount of talent from around the globe that has already been included, the last 60 names on this list should be an even more exclusive club.
