Turner and IMG’s ELEAGUE is returning to the game that made it famous with the ELEAGUE CS:GO Premier. Counter-Strike: Global Offensive teams from around the world descend on Atlanta to find out who will claim the next ELEAGUE title and their share of a massive prize pool.
Friday’s first episode opens the Group Stage with Group A, which features some powerful teams on the hunt for another victory. They include FaZe Clan, who welcomed CS:GO legend Olofmeister to a lineup that already includes international stars like NiKo and Karrigan. But will Olof make the FaZe roster a superteam, or is there such a thing as too much star power?
Also in Group A are the iconic franchise Natus Vincere, which sent GuardiaN to FaZe and picked up Zeus from PGL Krakow winners Gambit. They want to make their mark on the world and reclaim their former glory, while Australian team Renegades fought their way through the open qualifier to earn a valuable spot in the groups.
And then there’s G2 Esports, the French team which just won DreamHack Masters Malmo last weekend by upsetting defending champions Ninjas in Pyjamas. They’d like nothing more than to make it back to back titles by winning the CS:GO Premier. There’s no reason not to tune in and watch ELEAGUE live.
