Lee Corso will select his pick between Ohio State and Oklahoma, the two teams that will go head-to-head on Saturday.

On Saturday, Lee Corso of College GameDay will select his pick for the latest edition of College GameDay. This will see Oklahoma and Ohio State battle in an early top-notch game in college football. It’s arguably the biggest game of the season, at least in the early going.

Oklahoma is led by quarterback Baker Mayfield, who returned for his senior season in Norman. He will be the presence that either leads the Sooners to the College Football Playoff or out of it.

It’s a tough test for Oklahoma, who may have its season decided by this game against Ohio State. This might make or break its chance to claim the Big 12 Conference Championship, which will be contested by Oklahoma State. If Oklahoma loses this game, then it will be easy pickings for the Cowboys, who are arguably the No. 2 team in the conference.

In Week 1, Oklahoma topped UTEP, 56-7. This was a cupcake matchup for this Big 12 powerhouse, so will so they come through against a bigger opponent in a primetime matchup?

For Corso, he’ll have to choose between two of the biggest names in college football. It will either be Boomer Sooner or Brutus Buckeye for Saturday night’s game. Who will it be?

It doesn’t matter who Corso picks, as either way, it will be a showdown between two of the best teams in college football. They will go at it for four quarters, with the winner gaining momentum for conference play.

Fun Fact: Corso’s first headgear pick was for Ohio State. And Corso is 10-5 all-time picking Oklahoma.

When the time came for Corso to make his headgear pick, he donned the Brutus headgear, going with the Buckeyes to beat the Sooners.

Desmond Howard picked Ohio State, guest picker Eddie George picked Ohio State, Kirk Herbstreit didn’t make a pick as he’s calling the game tonight, but we can assume the former Buckeye quarterback is leaning toward his alma mater.
