Here’s how to watch the 92nd meeting of the Holy War between the Utah Utes and BYU Cougars on Saturday night online.

LaVell Edwards Stadium will be home to one of the most intense annual rivalries in college football on Saturday night when the BYU Cougars host the Utah Utes in the 2017 edition of the Holy War.

Kyle Whittingham has built a consistent winner at Utah, as the Utes own a 28 combined victories over the past  three seasons. Utah fell behind North Dakota in the first quarter of last Thursday’s season opener before pulling away for a 37-16 win, racking up nearly 500 yards of total offense in the process.

Sophomore quarterback Tyler Huntley surprisingly won starting quarterback  job over senior Troy Williams and threw for 227 yards and a touchdown in the victory over North Dakota. The Utes have another stout front seven to work with, with linemen Kyle Fitts and Lowell Lotulelei leading the charge.

Year one of the Kalani Sitake era in Provo was filled with wild games decided at the last minute, and the Cougars had high hopes of at least matching their 9-4 record from last season. Things haven’t gone according to plan so far, as BYU struggled through a win over Portland State before being decimated by the LSU defense in a 27-0 loss on Saturday night.

Quarterback Tanner Mangum is now the undisputed starter with Taysom Hill finally graduated, but was unable to guide his team past the 50-yard line at any point against the Tigers.   With the offense struggling, the Cougars may have to lean heavily on a defense that is led by excellent linebackers Fred Warner and Butch Pau’u.

BYU will hope to break a six-game losing streak to its archrival in front of what’s sure to be a raucous crowd in Provo. Six of the past seven Holy Wars have been decided by one score, so Saturday’s game will certainly be worth keeping an eye on.
