Adoree Jackson leaps over Raiders’ kicker (Video)
Adoree Jackson showed off some serious spring on a kickoff return against the Raiders, hurdling over a kicker with some serious height in the process.
The Oakland Raiders’ new kicker Giorgio Tavecchio has been putting on an impressive performance as he tries to replace Sebastian Janikowski as the team’s leader on special teams, but he may need to go into hiding after getting absolutely embarrassed by Adoree Jackson.
The Tennessee Titans kick returner showed off his impressive speed and moves on a return after the Raiders went up 23-13 in the season opener, but it was a jump on the play that got everyone in the stands (and watching on television at home) off of their feet almost as high as he got.
Jackson took to the air to try and avoid Tavecchio on the return, and completely hurdled the 5-foot-10 kicker in the process, also giving a nice knee to the face of another Raiders special teamer in the process.
While the Titans haven’t been able to get anything going offensively in the game against the Raiders, playing from behind for most of the game, at least they got one solid highlight out of the occasion to get some excitement around them around the league on opening day.

Now, maybe the Memphis Grizzlies will try and recruit Jackson to their lineup for his jumping ability, and we could see if he could jump over NBA players on his way to a dunk on the basketball court. Let’s milk this for all we can and get all of the crossover possibilities there are for Jackson to utilize, and everyone can win in the process.
Or, if he doesn’t want to do that, he can just keep trying to hurdle taller kickers every week and see where the line ends for his abilities.
