Where can you find the Insecure season 2 finale, titled “Hella Perspective,” online?
After bringing the characters’ personal lives to the fore, the Insecure season 2 finale may remind them that professionalism is also important. This began in episode 7. Molly took a break from her (ill advised) tryst with Dro to be reminded that the people in charge at her work do not really respect her. Issa also got a hint that some of the higher-ups may be sabotaging her efforts to expand her “We Got Y’all” program.
The birthday party was the setting for the central drama in the episode. Not only Molly and Dro (with his wife) but also Issa and Lawrence were in attendance. Lawrence made (another) bad decision and brought his current girlfriend-type person to the party, which resulted in a rather contentious confrontation between him and Issa. Neither of them were totally in the right in this situation: Issa did cheat on him, but he has been a bit of a slacker and made some shortsighted decisions.
The party also contained an interaction between Molly and Dro’s wife. Even though Dro insisted that his marriage was open, it’s not clear that his wife was in on that. Awkward.

The season finale does seem like it might cull the focus out and look at the bigger picture. The synopsis reads:
"Over the course of one pivotal month, Issa (Issa Rae), Molly (Yvonne Orji) and Lawrence (Jay Ellis) face choices affecting their work and personal lives, with each considering whether to embrace a new future or look back to the past."
This synopsis is really as vague as it could be. If the episode covers the full month it just won’t have enough time to put actions under the microscope.
