The New Orleans Saints will host the New England Patriots on Sunday afternoon in Week 2. Here is how to watch this NFL game online via live streaming.

There are a bunch of must-watch games on television in Week 2 of the 2017 NFL season. One of those games will be going on down on the Big Easy on Sunday afternoon. The New Orleans Saints will host the defending Super Bowl champion New England Patriots.

Kickoff from the Mercedes-Benz Superdome will be at 1:00 p.m. ET on September 17. CBS will have the broadcast with Jim Nantz and Tony Romo in the booth. The available live streams can be found on NFL.com and FuboTV.

This is a must-win for both teams. Not to say that the Patriots are feeling a ton of pressure, but neither organization wants to find itself in an 0-2 to begin the season. After winning Super Bowl LI over the Atlanta Falcons in overtime in February, the Patriots collapsed at home on Thursday night in Week 1 to the Kansas City Chiefs.

New Orleans is coming off a short week, one where they didn’t get it done on Monday night against the Minnesota Vikings. It was not the homecoming that former Vikings star running back Adrian Peterson was hoping for. Now the Saints get to make their home opener against a Patriots team that lost with 10 days off to prepare.

According to SportsBook Review, the Saints will be getting 6.5 points at home from the visiting Patriots. The associated moneylines for this game are New England -275 and New Orleans +235. This game’s over/under comes in at a combined 56 points.

Betting Odds

Point Spread: New Orleans +6.5
Moneylines: New England -275, New Orleans +235
Over/Under: 56

To be honest, New England doesn’t have to win this game to win the AFC East. It’s not a good division and the Patriots have the culture in place to go 12-2 the rest of the way if they can’t get it done in New Orleans.

That being said, this game means everything to the Saints. If either the Falcons or the Carolina Panthers win in Week 2, the Saints will be down two games in the division before late September. To avoid another season where the Saints miss the playoffs, they have to win this one.

The problem is that New England will be ready to lay the hammer on the Saints in their building. Look for Tom Brady to slice up the lackluster Saints defense in a laugher. New England wins and covers the spread in a high-scoring thriller.

Prediction: Patriots 35, Saints 24
