The Creative Arts Emmy Awards were actually presented last weekend, but will not air until Saturday (9/16/17). So where can you watch them online?
The Creative Arts Emmys were born from a desire to recognize behind-the-scenes work. They are more geared toward the technical aspects of TV shows rather than the final product that appears on-screen. While you cannot always draw direct connections between the Creative Arts and regular Emmy ceremonies results, some correlation can exist.
For example, in 2016, Game of Thrones won a record nine Creative Arts Emmys and then went on to pick up a few more during the regular Emmy event. However, that show was a favorite at the Creative Arts Emmys for years before it was duly rewarded during the regular Emmy ceremony
This year, Creative Arts Emmys were awarded in 92 different categories, and the ceremony took place over two nights. They presented an opportunity for many shows to become first time winners specifically because the seventh season of Game of Thrones was not eligible. The eligibility period for the Emmy Awards ends on June 1, and Game of Thrones did not air until the middle of July. This means that season 7 qualifies for the awards in 2018.

Even without Game of Thrones, HBO as a network claimed the highest number of awards, with 19 trophies. Netflix received 16. The individual shows with the most accolades were Westworld, Saturday Night Live and Stranger Things. Each of these received five trophies. The widely lauded The Handmaids Tale (from Hulu) won three awards.
