Notre Dame and Boston College will go head-to-head on the third weekend of the 2017 college football season. A look at how to watch this game online.

On Saturday, the latest full weekend of college football will begin. It will look to follow up on Sep. 9’s conclusion, which saw Oklahoma and Ohio State go to battle in one of the most anticipated games of the early season. It will be more difficult to find games like this in Week 3, but big-name schools like Notre Dame will still be in action, with a game against Boston College.

The Fighting Irish are still trying to bounce back from the 2016 season’s struggles. So far, it’s resulted in a 1-1 record, with a loss against No. 15 Georgia, 20-19. Notre Dame’s offense couldn’t muster a consistent attack in the air or on the ground, leading to just 211 passing yards and 55 rushing yards.

The defense kept Jake Fromm in check for most of the game, but allowed 185 rushing yards. Along with two touchdowns, this proved to be the difference.

Boston College recently allowed 34 points in a loss to Wake Forest, so it’s possible this is a game for Notre Dame to get some of its offensive legs back in.

The Eagles were blown out by Wake Forest, only scoring 10 points. Quarterback Anthony Brown’s three interceptions did the team in, along with a running game that had just 3.5 yards per carry. All around, it wasn’t a sharp game and something they will look to fix against the Irish.
