TCU converts Hail Mary to end the half vs. SMU (Video)

TCU was about to be down going into the half against SMU, until they converted this amazing Hail Mary
Coming into this week, we knew that there was some potential for fireworks in the game between TCU and SMU. With the offenses that these two have this season, you really shouldn’t have really been expecting anything less. Well, they’re delivering, and they delivered all the way up until the final whistle of the first half.
With the clocking winding down after the first two quarters, it appeared as if the Horned Frogs were going to be down 22-21 at the half. That’s not bad, really, so they could have just taken the knee and come out in the second half ready to roll.

Nah, that’s not what they rolled with. Quarterback Kenny Hill dropped back, slid to his left just a bit and then fired one to the end zone. There, Jalen Reagor used his incredible hops to get up there and get the ball over everyone else. And just like that, it was TCU who walked into the locker room with the lead at halftime.
That will definitely go down as one of the plays of the week here in Week 3 of the college football season, and rightfully so. That was an amazing effort, mainly on the part of Reagor who perfectly timed his jump in the end zone to come down with the ball for the touchdown.
Now we wait to see if the momentum from that incredible play can give TCU a little boost in the second half as they looked to get the win against their rival and move to 3-0 early here in the season.
