Here’s how to watch Saturday’s nonconference matchup between the Texas A&M Aggies and Louisiana-Lafayette Ragin’ Cajuns online.

Following an ugly two-game stretch to open the season, the Texas A&M Aggies will look for some signs of life when they host the Louisiana-Lafayette Ragin’ Cajuns on Saturday afternoon in College Station.

Texas A&M melted down in its season opener at UCLA by blowing a 34-point lead late in the third quarter en route to a 45-44 loss. The Aggies struggled the following week against FCS Nicholls State and only pulled away over the final eight minutes for a 24-14 win, leaving head coach Kevin Sumlin’s job in dire jeopardy.

Sumlin does have plenty of upside to work with offensively, as wide receiver Christian Kirk will likely be a first round pick in the NFL draft and running back Trayveon Williams is averaging nearly eight yards per carry in the early going. Senior Jake Hubenak will likely also see a few more snaps under center in place of the ineffective Kellen Mond, although Sumlin has indicated both quarterbacks will play on Saturday.

Louisiana-Lafayette is hoping for its sixth bowl appearance in seven years under head coach Mark Hudspeth, although the Ragin’ Cajuns have been a bit down the past two seasons. The Ragin’ Cajuns outlasted Southeastern Louisiana 51-48 in the opener before surrendering 667 total yards to Tulsa last weekend in a 22-point loss.

Junior quarterback Jordan Davis has thrown for 471 yards and three touchdowns so far while also providing plenty of production on the ground. Louisiana-Lafayette also features an explosive backfield, with Elijah Mitchell and Trey Ragas combining for 231 yards and four scores on just 29 carries.

Sportsbook Review currently shows Texas A&M as a 24-point favorite over Louisiana-Lafayette, with the O/U set at 60. While the Aggies should have the offensive talent to overwhelm the Ragin’ Cajuns’ porous defense, it’s unclear if they can beat anyone by over three touchdowns at this point.
