Oakland Raiders running back Marshawn Lynch is sharing his love for Skittles with Oakland citizens and tourists on Sunday.

Marshawn Lynch loves Skittles, and his fans. The Oakland Raiders star running back has demonstrated that by putting five vending machines that will distribute free bags of the candy to people around the city of Oakland on Sunday, Sept. 16.

According to a press release, Lynch personally selected the five locations around the city that now have the vending machines installed. He shared the locations on his Twitter account on Sunday morning.

The bags are dispensed by the machines free of charge on a first come, first serve basis. Not only did Lynch select the locations himself, but also assisted in the loading of the machines as well.

Lynch isn’t the only AFC West running back that loves Skittles. Kansas City Chiefs running back Charcandrick West has also made his love for the candy public knowledge by sharing his custom-made bag that dispenses bags of the candy upon the press of a button.

It’s likely that the limited number of bags go will go fast at the five locations Lynch selected, so fans who want to take part in the giveaway should mimic Lynch and rush to the nearest spot as quickly as possible. It’s unlikely that they will see Lynch at any of those spots, as he works on Sundays for the Raiders.

It will be worth watching how Lynch will fare on the field during his first home game as a Raider. In his Oakland debut last week, he recorded 19 touches with which he gained 92 yards helping the Raiders to a 26-16 win over the Tennessee Titans.

Whether Lynch will go full “Beast Mode” in his first home game wearing the silver and black remains to be seen, but giving away free Skittles will go a long way toward endearing him to Raiders fans regardless of how he performs on the field.
