If Micah Kiser isn’t shooting up draft boards fast enough already, the linebacker put together quite the performance on Saturday. In a huge win at home for the Cavaliers, Kiser was a monster on defense and made sure the offense knew where he was at all times.

It didn’t matter that much for Connecticut, as Kiser enforced his will upon them. That actually might be an understatement to the performance that he had in the Cavaliers’ 38-18 win at home over the Huskies.

He finished the day with a whopping 15 tackles, two sacks and tackles for loss. If that wasn’t enough to cement a huge day with plenty of tape for scouts to lose their mind over, he also recovered a fumble.

It’s been said often that Kiser has a nose for the ball and that was fully on display in this one. As one of the top inside prospects heading into the draft next year, Kiser is showing that he can do a little bit of everything.

Versatility has been key for players at his position to get drafted higher in the pros and being able to move around the field the way he can is only going to make him rise further. This was a huge performance that is going to carry him a long way.
